** ALL Orders must be separate and paid with separate checks.  Please do not combine various orders, dues, sash orders or other payments on one check.  We need separate checks to keep our accounting straight.

 ** Note: Orders are Prepay (Check or Cash).  Please allow plenty of time before the event you need the items, due to high order volume.

- All Sash orders must be purchased with a separate check made out to: Cindy Munson  

- Mail Sash checks made out to Cindy Munson to: PO BOX 130, Cadiz, KY 42211 (Do not write a sash order with a check to the Krewe, it will be returned.)
