Thank you for participating in our 8th Annual KOB Chili Cook-Off and Salsa Showdown.
This is for Chili Contestants Registering ONLY. If you are not registering to be a contestant, please go back to Purchase a ticket or to register for Salsa .
Check-in at the registration table starting at 11 a.m. and no later than 12:30 p.m.
CHILI:
Please bring at least an average crock pot (6 quarts) of your special chili for the event.
1st Prize: bragging rights, some cash, and an awesome dust collecting trophy
2nd Prize: a little less cash and an ok dust collecting trophy
3rd Prize: possibly more cash than what you walked in with
You MUST follow food safety guidelines. All food items must be kept below 41 degrees Fahrenheit before cooking, and 135 degrees Fahrenheit after cooking. When reheating, ensure that the final product's temperature is greater than 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
Contestants, you are responsible for the safety of your own food.

KOB will provide tasting cups and spoons, napkins, serving spoons.....
