KOB Members-Only Volunteer for Dragon Party

Registration

• Check-in - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
  Check-in: There will be a couple of volunteer opportunities at the front entrance, including: Scanning Tickets and checking in attendees. There will be 3 lines. Prepaid, Purchase at the door and VIP. 2 scanning or collecting and 1 or 2 putting on wristbands at each line.
  
  Each volunteer does receive a charity credit for volunteering and free general admission event entry only.

• Main Table - Tickets and Pins Volunteer - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
  Main Table: The main table is where members would manage all credit card sales for 50/50 tickets, Shadow Box Tickets, and Liquor Wagon Tickets. Plus Dragon Party Pin purchases.

  Main Table: The main table is where members would manage all credit card sales for 50/50 tickets, Shadow Box Tickets, and Liquor Wagon Tickets. Plus Dragon Party Pin purchases.

• Roaming Tickets Volunteer 6-7:30 pm
  Volunteers please show up and check-in a half-hour prior to your volunteered shift. Check-in with Mackenzie or the Main Table. The Roaming will sell only one of A) 50/50 B) Shadow Box Tickets or C) Liquor Wagon Tickets. Cash only for the Roaming Tickets and sell to all attendees on all 3 levels.

• Roaming Tickets Volunteer 7:30 - 9:00 pm

• Security Volunteer 5:30 - 7:30 pm
  Security Volunteers will be on the 3rd level checking VIP wristbands to those only that purchase VIP. Check-in with Mackenzie with more details to follow.
