Parade Coordinators for Gasparilla Parade activities are -Samantha Cantrell and Andrew Fiel. They will have a checklist that is overseen by the Parade Advisers. Clan 3 is Float setup and breakdown after the parade. It's important that clan 3 members are in staging to help set up at 10:40 am on Saturday. Clan 3 stays on to start breaking down everything. The goal is to have everything done before the turn on Cass. If we get everything completed, no one will have to go over the bridge. If we don't Clan 3, Bartender, and whomever else needs to stay on to finish before disbanding on N. Blvd.
